President & CEO

A graduate of Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Sylvester is a second generation hotelier with nearly a decade of experience in revenue management. His knowledge of market trends, group strategy, and ability to adapt to ever-changing economic conditions are unmatched. He’s achieved superior results managing hotels for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, IHG, and Marriott International across the US and Canada. Sylvester's achievements include leading the revenue efforts for Marriott's Tribute Portfolio brand upon launch and piloting centralized revenue support for the W and St. Regis brands in North America.

Andrea R. Everhart

Managing Partner/Co-Founder

A graduate of North Carolina Central University, Andrea began her career in revenue management with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Centralized Revenue Management Team where she received numerous accolades including managing the top performing Aloft and Four Points by Sheraton hotels in North America. Andrea has led a successful career in revenue management for the past decade that transcends the hospitality industry holding positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, IHG, Marriott International and most recently Delta Air Lines. She is renowned for developing new talent, forecast accuracy and driving exceptional market share results in both full and select-service hotels across the US.
